| A: When someone orders a service from your web site, the order is instantly emailed to ResellSEO.com's billing center and your email address. If your client has made an online payment then their project will begin immediately and your account will be credited the difference. |
| Q: What does it mean to be credited the difference? |
| A: ResellSEO gives you a wholesale service rate. You can charge as much as you want for our services and the difference is your profit. For example, our SEO Complete reseller's rate is $. If you sell SEO Complete for $675, you will get a check for $100. Due to a new merchant agreement, we have to charge a 5% transactions fee for all orders placed through your reseller site or reseller control panel. |
| Q: I will be reselling to my local customer base. What if I don't want them to pay ResellSEO direct? |
| A: When you collect money from your local client, simply login to your reseller control panel and place the order direct with us. |
| Q: What will show on my customer's credit card statement if ResellSEO processes payments for me? |
| A: We have taken great steps to insure the privacy of your relationship with ResellSEO. Therefore, your clients will see "2CO YOUR SEO EXPERT" on their credit card/bank statement. They are notified at time of purchase. |
| Q: Does Resell SEO support my clients? |
| A: Yes. Using our non branded "Yourseoexpert.com" interface, we are able to answer all questions about your customer's account. |
| Q: Does Resell SEO offer non branded phone support? |
| A: No. We are currently looking at our options for providing this in the future. |
| Q: When will I get paid? |
| A: If your profit is $50 or more, we will send you a check at the time your customer's payment clears (usually within 72 hours of the purchase). For small profit services like the monthly service fee, you will be paid by the 30th of each month if the payment is $50 or greater. |
| Q: Will Resell SEO or Adviatech Corporation use my client's as references? |
| A: Not unless you give specific authorization. Your client's are yours! We are simply doing a service for them. Adviatech will NEVER do backdoor sales to your customers or send them special offers. Thank of us as your online marketing department. |
